The Kid Loves Salad!

Shawn went out for dinner with a friend tonight, so Kellen and I were on our own. We decided to get Wendy's for dinner. I got the Baja Salad (delicious!!!) and Kellen got a hamburger meal. I knew the moment he saw my salad, he would want some so I had an extra fork ready!

Kellen LOVES salads! Everytime we have a salad, he will pretty much ignore the rest of the food on his plate, and fill himself up on salad! He especially loves southwestern or taco salads! He will literally take the salad bowl with a fork, and just sit and eat 75% of a large salad!

So, here is a picture of Kellen and I tonight (he has a bit of salad dressing all over his face!) and some pictures of him continuing to eat my salad after dinner!

Christmas with the Moore Family

This past weekend, we went over the Moore's house to celebrate an early Christmas together! Here is Kellen playing with a fire truck....he was pretty impressed with the fact that the ladder actually moved up and down!

Kellen was really excited to hand out presents to his friends...except he pretty much just handed it over really quickly and ran to sit down with his presents!

He loved his present! It was a Tag Junior! He has always loved playing with Caden's Tag Junior...now he has his own!

Here is Caden enjoying his present from Kellen...it was a V-Tech Mini Computer (toddler style!). Poor Caden had an ear infection and still wasn't feeling too well....but, he was a trooper!

Lunch Time

Kellen continues to give this weird smile when you ask him to smile for the camera (thankfully he didn't get a chance to do this smile for his picture day at daycare...he tried and the guy taking the pictures decided to make him laugh...luckily, that was the shot!)

Our Little Helper

Kellen loves to help out whenever he sees us doing something around the house. He especially loves to help out outside. The moment it snows, he says we need to go outside and shovel (he has a little shovel that he uses to help us out). Here he is cleaning off Shawn's car....what a great little helper!!

Kellen's First Christmas Concert!!

We were so excited to watch Kellen's Christmas Concert last week! When we arrived at his daycare, all the kids were being kept in another room so that they could make their grand entrance...so, all the parents went into their room to wait! It was so cute to see all the toddler chairs set up and the snacks set up....you could see that they had put alot of work into the concert!

After the concert, there were lots of yummy treats and drinks for everyone!! Here is Kellen sitting on the carpet enjoying a well deserved snack!! He was super proud to show us the treats table and help get treats for our plates!
