Jumperoo!

We decided to get a Jumperoo for Sarah so that she could have something fun to play in - and practice her standing and bouncing.  She loves it!  She looks so cute in it!  Look at that smile!

 She looks so small!
Kellen thought he would help Sarah learn how to use the musical book on her Jumperoo - what a great little helper!

Cereal, Schmereal!

Well, Sarah has slowly started to eat a couple of little spoonfuls of cereal each day....she really isn't loving the cereal too much - she always looks like she could take it, or leave it.  However, the process of trying to get her to eat, if very funny to her - she thinks the spoon is hilarious!  Babies are so silly!

Here is Sarah striking a pose!
...And then laughing at how funny she is!

Kellen was trying to encourage her to eat her cereal - he loves to be involved in anything we do with Sarah.

Sarah and her Best Friend

Sarah was in a great mood last week, when she got to have a playdate with her best friend, Carson (Tanya and Aaron's son - he is 10 days older than Sarah).  Here are some adorable pictures of Sarah, and of Sarah and Carson - aren't they cute?!?!?
 Ahhh, holding hands.

4 Month Appointment

Well, Sarah is a pretty big baby!  She had her 4 month appointment, and it turns out she is huge - she is 26.5 inches long, and 17 pounds, 14 ounces!!!!  Her doctor was shocked at her size - she wants a picture of Sarah to show other patients what can be done on breastmilk - Sarah has moved from the 5th percentile (when born) to the 110th percentile!

Time Together

Kellen continues to absolutely love playing with Sarah.  The moment she wakes up, he says "wait for me, Momma - I have to get my toys for Sarah"  Then, he gathers up his toys, and brings them to her room!  He is so cute!  Here he is playing with her on her floormat.
So, we tried feeding Sarah her rice cereal!  Well, it didn't go well - the first day, she cried - it was like she was being tortured with this stuff that was being put in her mouth!  And, since then, she just smiles and laughs each time we put cereal in her mouth - then, she spits it all out!  What a cutie!

I have no idea what is happening here.  Shawn looks unimpressed with his own hand, and Sarah looks like she is super bored and about to fall asleep....those two are crazy!
 My beautiful baby girl.

Learning to Print

Kellen has been practicing how to print his name - he still needs to practice how to properly hold a pencil, but he is getting there!

Canada Day!

We had a very busy Canada Day long weekend. We went to some activities that were being held in Ajax; then we had Shawn's family visit for a BBQ, followed by the Moore family for another BBQ.  Sarah enjoyed some nice cuddles with Grandma, as well as hanging out with Cameron.
Sarah had fun checking things out during our BBQ's - she really likes just sitting outside and relaxing.
Kellen and Caden playing in the backyard.
Getting ready to light up some sparklers.
Caden thought the sparklers were great; Kellen didn't share this sentiment - he quickly ran away.
Instead, Kellen enjoyed a giant bowl of fruit salad.  I have been making lots of fruit salad lately - and Kellen eats it all up within a day!

Meanwhile, Sarah was having fun in the bath!

Just Some Stuff

Sarah has started to enjoy taking her stuffed giraffe with her - she sucks on the arms!  Here she is relaxing in her car seat with her new friend.

Kellen was showing me his new cool trick - he can use his legs as a slide for the ball!  He showed me this trick for about 30 minutes...
A happy baby just hanging out while her brother plays around her - he loves to bring her all of his toys - he piles them up all around her.
Getting lots of tickles from Daddy.
Agent OSO is hilarious!!!  She was actually giggling at the television - probably not at what we were laughing at, but it was still pretty funny to see!

Is There a Doctor in the House?

The other day, Sarah was up and having lots of fun just hanging out - and waiting for her brother to wake up.  Here she is giving me a super cute look (check out those cheeks!) and having fun reading her favourite book, "Oh the wonderful sounds Mr. Brown can do...".
Super happy to be hanging out in Kellen's bed.
Do you think they love each other?!?!

Kellen, the doctor, getting ready to hang out with his little patient.
