I love you, Sarah

 Sarah is starting to be more alert, and loves to look at you - and smile!  The other day, she was being so cute while I was changing her after she woke up from her nap.  Here she is looking out the window.

 .....and suddenly, she found the window very, very funny!  She was so funny to watch - she was actually doing her baby chuckles, while giving lots of smiles!

Bath time with Sarah

 Sarah loves her bath!  She just loves to hang out in the warm water and look around.  Here are some pictures of her after her bath - isn't she filling out nicely?!?!?!

 Sarah is making  more noises these days - and some of those noises seem to shock her - she is like "where did that noise come from!?!??"  Here she is hanging out on the couch with me - looking confused and dazed by her noises; "talking" to me; and finding the wall super interesting!

 Sarah just started using her floor playmat.  She only lies on it for about 10 minutes and is done with it, but at least it is finally getting some use!  She is also starting to smile at you - which melts your heart!  Here are some pictures of her hanging out.

Breakfast with Kellen

 Some pictures of my quiet time with Kellen in the morning.  I love our alone time each morning - before Sarah wakes up.  We get ready in the morning, and then head downstairs for breakfast.  Here is Kellen enjoying some yummy Corn Pops!

Easter in Ajax

We decided to celebrate Easter in Ajax this year since I have just had a new baby and just didn't feel like travelling with her right now. It was great to have the family here - it was great weather so the little ones (Parker, Kellen, and Lauren) had a chance to play at the park, and outside. We set up an Easter egg hunt for the kids (both inside and outside) and they loved it! It is always so much fun to watch the kids excitedly search for Easter eggs! Lita also made us an amazing lunch of BBQ steak, veggies, and salad! It was hard to celebrate Easter without Grandpa (he always loved to set up the Easter egg hunt for the grandchildren, and he loved his chocolate eggs!) - but, I think he would have been happy to see us celebrating for him.

The Sleeping Beauty - continued

Sarah loves to nap in her little chair - which is nice for me! I will feed her and then put her in her chair while I relax and check my emails, watch some television and usually nap! She also likes to sleep in her chair while we have dinner - which is great because we don't have to worry about her fussing while we eat. She does sleep in her crib - I promise!

Darn - she is so cute!! This was taken yesterday - I think wearing an "outfit" tuckered her out! She slept all afternoon!
