Kellen at Play

Kellen has been having so much fun going to the park with Shawn over the past few weeks. Here are some pictures from their adventures at the park!

Sweet Sarah

Sarah continues to be a super cute little baby. She is pretty calm (most of the time!). She has had trouble with having super gassy tummy pains, but we have her on special drops that seem to be helping it out. She is eating really well, and sleeping okay....although, it would be nice if she would sleep a bit longer!

Cookies and Ouchies

The other day, Kellen and I made some yummy chocolate chip cookies together. Making cookies is one of Kellen's favourite things to do!

A couple of days ago, Kellen went for a bike ride with Shawn. Unfortunately, he had a big fall off of his bike - his mouth hit the handle bars really hard. I could hear Kellen crying from down the street, and when I walked out to see what was happening, all I see is blood running down Kellen's mouth! He bit through his lip, cut his lip, and bruised his face - complete disaster! His face was pretty swollen and bruised for the week. Poor kid! Luckily, he got over it pretty fast, and was back on his bike the next day!

Mommy's Helper

Kellen has been a great little helper since we brought Sarah home. One of his favourite things to do to help us out, is to put all of Sarah's dirty diapers in the diaper genie. After we change Sarah, Kellen gets to work and the dirty diaper is gone! Thanks for all of your help, Kellen!

My Babies

Kellen continues to be an awesome big brother. Whenever Sarah is around (because normally, she is sleeping) he wants to hold her on his lap. Here are a couple of pictures of my two beautiful babies - how lucky am I?!

Hanging Out

Yesterday, Sarah came to hang out with Kellen - she went for a ride to pick Kellen up from daycare (Kellen was very excited to see her in the car), and when we got home, Kellen and Sarah hung out on the couch together. Kellen was showing Sarah his games on his IPod, while holding her hand.....ahhh, so sweet!

Kellen Loves his Baby Sister

Kellen has been so excited about having Sarah around. He absolutely adores her, and always wants to have her with him. The moment he wakes up, he asks to go see Sarah. He always wants to go see her in her crib, and if she is awake, he wants her to sit on his lap. He likes to "tickle" her nose, hold her hand, and puts his fingertip in her mouth for her to suck on. Basically, he just loves his baby sister! (He also loves his cowboy hat that Daddy bought him for "wacky hat day" at daycare!)

My Big Boy

For Kellen's 4th birthday, Shawn and I bought him his first two-wheel bicycle! He has been so proud and excited about his new bike! He has been having lots of fun going out for bike rides "just like a big boy" (as he says). I can't get over how big he is getting. He is such a sweet little guy!

Kellen loved having Lita up for a couple of days while Sarah was being born. Here he is having a snack (and a laugh) with Lita while enjoying the amazing weather!

Kellen and Daddy went for a long, long hike this past weekend. Since the weather was awesome, Kellen only needed his sweater (and boots to tackle the mud!) - they went out for about 3 hours!

Sarah's First Bath

Sarah had her first bath two days ago. She was really good about the whole thing - although, she was pretty unsure about what was going on. Here is Lita giving Sarah lots of lovings before she started her bath.

Sarah Enjoys the Great Weather

Since the weather has been so incredibly warm, we decided it would be nice to take Sarah outside to enjoy the nice weather So, we bundled her all up, and headed outside. Here she is wearing her new sweater - she was asleep the entire time we were outside, but I am pretty sure she liked the outdoors!

Kellen is a Big Brother!!!

She is here! Sarah Grace Sinclair was born on Wed March 7, 2012 at 1:56 pm. She weighed 6 pounds, 5 ounces, and is 19.5 inches long. And, we are completely in love with her already! Here are some pictures of Sarah's first couple of days.

On Thursday, Kellen and Lita came to meet Sarah. Kellen was really excited to finally meet his baby sister. The moment they came in, he got a huge smile on his face, and wanted to touch her "baby fingers".

Kellen has been fascinated with everything that Sarah does. He loves to watch her be fed, have her diaper changed, or just watch her lying on the bed.

Kellen is such a good big brother. He wanted to help Lita feed Sarah a bottle.
