Lauren's 2nd Birthday Party!

 Lauren turned 2 on August 18th, and we celebrated her birthday the following day.  Sarah was super excited to be there to celebrate!  Kellen always loves going to visit Lauren and Parker!

 Lita gave Lauren a singing Snow White card - I think it was Lauren's favourite gift!  She kept opening her card to hear the song - it was pretty cute!

Amazing weekend with Lita

 Last weekend, we went to Brockville to spend some time with Lita.  The weather was amazing, so we took advantage of this, and headed to Mallorytown Landing on Saturday.  While we were there, there was a War of 1812 celebration happening.  Here are Sarah and Lita enjoying the music - Sarah was completely taken by the music (she was even bopping away!)!

Cutie Pie

 Sarah is just so darn adorable!  So, I thought I'd share some pictures of her while she practices her sitting.  She likes to try and sit in Kellen's Elmo chair (if you help her stay there) - I have no idea what happened to her shirt!

Fun at the Library!

 Kellen has always loved his Thomas the Train stuffed animal (he calls it, "Tommy") - he takes it to daycare, and sleeps with it every night.  Here he is giving Tommy a big cuddle before bed.

Sarah loves playing on our bed before her bath.  We get her ready for her bath, and then she practices her sitting, and rolling, while we give her loads of kisses!

 Last week, we went to the library and Kellen (and his friend, Liam) participated in a Reading Circle.  Every kid got a little carpet, and a great lady from the library read 3 short stories.  

 Liam has a little brother (Preston) who is one month older than Sarah.  Here is Preston showing Sarah how quickly he can flap his arms!

 In between each story, the kids had to get up and act out something.  Here are Kellen and Liam getting ready to dance.

 After the stories were finished, all the kids got to do arts and crafts.  

 Kellen was super proud of his Lion head - he coloured it just for mommy!  Ahhh!
