The Sleeping Beauty - continued

Sarah loves to nap in her little chair - which is nice for me! I will feed her and then put her in her chair while I relax and check my emails, watch some television and usually nap! She also likes to sleep in her chair while we have dinner - which is great because we don't have to worry about her fussing while we eat. She does sleep in her crib - I promise!

Darn - she is so cute!! This was taken yesterday - I think wearing an "outfit" tuckered her out! She slept all afternoon!

My Babies in the Morning

Sarah woke up before Kellen this morning. So, I thought I would bring her with me to wake him up. Here they are lying in bed together - she kept flinging her arm and hitting him in the head while she made her crazy loud noises (she is by far the noisiest baby I have ever heard!). Needless to say, Kellen woke up in a good mood after seeing his baby sister waiting for him

BIG yawn! (and lots of baby noises)..still it didn't wake up her big brother!

My Boy

Kellen has not lost his excitement for the ice cream truck - it has been coming around again (due to the great weather) and Kellen can barely contain his crazy excitement every time he hears the jingle-jangle of the ice cream truck! Here he is enjoying his chocolate-dipped ice cream treat (and Daddy is equally enjoying his own treat!).

Kellen's Sand Toy

I picked up a water and sand toy for Kellen. He loves playing with sand, so I thought it would be fun for him to have a toy for the backyard that he could play with in the summer. Here are Kellen and Shawn setting up his sand toy. Kellen was super excited and has been having lots of fun with his new toy!

More Naps - and Big Cheeks!

Sarah just loves to fall asleep on people (this should be a fun habit to have to break!). Here she is cuddled up on Lita.

Again....sleeping on Lita - Lita looks pretty tired, but Sarah is sleeping just fine!

Sarah's 1 Month Appointment

Sarah turned 1 month last week! Lita and I took her to the doctor for her 1 month check up - here are some pictures of Sarah at the doctor's office.

Wow - serious cheeks!

Going to the doctor was sure exhausting! When we got home, Sarah fell asleep - again! So, Sarah now weighs in at 9 pounds, .5 ounces! (she weighed 6 pounds, 5 ounces at birth). She is now 21.5 inches long! (she was 19.5 inches at birth)....she is getting so big!!
