My Beautiful Boy, Kellen

 Kellen loves to sit in the glider while I change Sarah - the moment she wakes up, he says "Let's get Sarah!" and he always come up with me to get her.  

Kellen still likes to help out in the garden - this year, the vegetable that he chose was green beans.  Here he is planting the seeds (they are already coming through!).

Sarah and Daddy Playtime

 Sarah loves her time spent with her Daddy - she gets a huge smile on her face when he plays with her!  Here they are playing airplane - Sarah is super good at pretending to be a plane!

 Now, talking to Kellen and Mommy....it seems that she was trying to tell us something very serious.

 "All the playtime was exhausting!  I think I will have a little nap!"  Sarah literally was put down beside Shawn  and while I was making dinner, she just conked out!

Rainbow World Playdates

 When Kellen is playing in the backyard, Sarah will stay inside with me (this is when I am getting dinner ready).....I put her in her little chair so that she can watch Kellen play.

Every week or so, we head to Rainbow World for a playdate with some of Kellen's friends from daycare (their mommies are home on maternity leave as well).  It is great having people to do playdates with for Kellen - it makes being home all day with Mommy more fun!

Bath time Fun!

 Bath time is by far, Sarah's happiest time of the day (besides first thing in the morning).  The moment we get her undressed and put her down on our bed, she starts to kick her legs and squeal with excitement!  Here are some pictures of her getting ready for her bath.

Best Friends

 Kellen continues to melt my heart with how much he loves his baby sister (and Sarah absolutely adores Kellen!).  Here he is playing with her (and giving her kisses) while she was on her playmat.

 Kellen was fully into telling Sarah a big story about a cucumber and a snake....he really has the craziest imagination!  And, Sarah just stared at him in amazement!

Hello, Sarah

 Here is Sarah being super cute on the couch.  I have just started propping her up on the couch for  pictures - she isn't too sure about this....she loves to be sitting completely upright, so she kept pushing herself to sit up more....then, falls on her face - poor kid!   Again, thanks Auntie Kathy for the great outfits!

A Thumb, A Smile, and Some Water Fun!

 Sarah as found her thumb!  She is pretty good at finding her thumb when she is tired - she is able to calm herself down, but rarely is able to actually put herself to sleep...yet!  Here she is when she was learning how to get the hang of thumb sucking.
