Kellen is really getting into the whole talking thing....He can put 4-5 words together on a regular basis and is actually starting to tell you his thoughts or opinions. For instance, he will say "It's cold on Kellen's toe-toes" when he steps outside without shoes (silly boy!), or "Chicken is yummy - more!".
Kellen is also starting to "sing" alot these days....his favourite song being "Oh Canada!" They sing it every day at daycare - and everyday a new child gets to hold the flag! He also likes "Happy Birthday!"
Finally, Kellen just started counting! Last week, he was playing with his bath toys and just started to count them - we were super excited when he counted to 4 - but the next time he started counting his toys, he went all the way to 13!!!! (He then skips a couple of numbers and starts again at 18 to 20!).....I'm convinced that Kellen is a genius! (He must get this trait from his mother...I am teaching math this semester!)
