Snow Hill Adventures!!

Over the Christmas holidays, we decided to go to the big snow hill near my parents new house and try out the saucers!! Immediately, Kellen thought this would be lots of fun! He didn't hesitate at all to sit on Shawn's lap and head down the hill (and those saucers go quite fast!!). Here are Shawn and Kellen getting ready to head down for another trip down the hill....Shawn and I forgot how exhausting it is to climb back up the hill...no wonder we were all so thin when we were young!!
And, here are mommy and Kellen going down for a run....our run didn't go as smoothly as Shawn and Kellen's runs....I was always worried that we were going too fast and so I kept putting my feet and hands down to slow us down....which left Kellen's face full of snow!

After freezing my son's face with all the snow from our trip down the hill, I gave him my scarf to wear....and he mentioned that he only wanted to go down the hill with daddy!

Uncle Garrett and Parker came too! Uncle Garrett went down the hill a couple of times (and made us laugh with his really funny star positions as he tried to brace himself for the fall!) Parker was hesitant to try the saucers so he stayed with me at the top of the hill and watched the others ride down the hill.

Here are Uncle Garrett and Parker in the car on the way back home.....yikes, it was sooo cold!!

And, here is Kellen all bundled up and not sure why he can no longer feel his face...
