Happy Canada Day, everyone!! We had such a great weekend - the weather was amazing, and we had so much fun doing lots of family things! The first thing on our list was to go pick strawberries at Whittamore Farms. This was Kellen's first time picking strawberries - he was in awe of all of the strawberries and just wanted to get going and pick every single strawberry that he saw. The moment we got to our aisle, Kellen went to town picking strawberries and even sometimes putting some into his little Diego basket (although most strawberries went directly into his mouth!).
"Yep, this one looks good".
"So, I will eat it!"
Kellen decided to sit down and just start eating lots of strawberries - but didn't realize that he was also sitting in a batch of strawberries! Hence - the stain on his bottom!
He recovered quickly from that little mishap by eating some more strawberries.
Check out the stains on his shirt....it only got worse as the morning progressed.

The Ajax parks were all open and full of kids. We went to the splash pad to cool off in the water while enjoying a picnic of yummy snacks! Here is Kellen looking around at everything that was going on at the park.
Enjoying some time on the swings. By the way - check out the sunglasses that Kellen is wearing ... those are the baby sunglasses that we bought for him when he was 3 months old! He still loves them and always wears them whenever we go out!
