Look what I can get into!

Do you like his almost in the splits stance?!?! Here is Kellen checking out the door hinges..."hey, that looks interesting! Maybe I can get those hinges in my mouth!" Here he is reaching for those hinges!

Oh, oh...Kellen caught me taking his picture! Here is Kellen coming at me - drool and all!

Ever since Kellen learned how to crawl (4 days ago!) he loves to crawl over to the thing behind the door that stops it from banging into the wall (I'm sure there is a technical name for it!). He loves to crawl over to it and make it "ding".

Kellen has also learned how to pull himself into a standing position. It is really cute to watch him pulling himself up and the look on his face is priceless! He is just so proud of himself! The downside to this great new achievement is that he does it all the time in his crib.....did I mention that once he is up in a standing position he doesn't know how to get down? Needless to say, it has been fun having to go rescue him when he is stuck standing up in his crib when he is supposed to be sleeping!

As I mentioned, Kellen loves to now take off everywhere and find new things to play with (well, mainly new things to put in his mouth!). Here is Kellen crawling to the cords we have under the computer....is it wrong to let a baby play and eat cords!??!? Okay, no more games...Shawn and I are baby proofing this week!

Kellen loves to play in blankets! Here he is rolling around in a blanket that that he and daddy use to build forts!
I caught you! This is Kellen aware that I can see him about to sneak off and open his drawers!

He found the drawers!
Kellen is into EVERYTHING lately! Now that he can crawl, he has to get his little hands on and in everything in sight! Here he is opening his drawers and pulling out his clothing....this is a very fun game for me as I sit behind him and put his clothing back in the drawer.

Kellen loves to stand up near the glider and move along with it (gliding). Shawn thought maybe he would like to mix it up a bit and lie on the glider...Kellen approved. He loved just lying there and gliding away.
